Management of large multi-country project in Myanmar, focusing on Agroecology practices, Climate-Smart Agriculture, and regenerative agriculture. Lead regional market assessment and capacity building in Ayeyarwady, South East, and Southern Shan states. I have overseen the implementation of innovative CSA practices in the Central Dry Zone as National Technical Advisor for OWSD-Myanmar. I joined several organizations, including CRS, GFA Consulting Group, Cesvi, and IRRI for community development programs.
