My background is Geography and Environmental Science (ANU, Australia) followed by the Master of Forestry Science and Management (ANU, Australia). I had 20 years working for SPERI Social Policy Ecology Research Institute SPERI and was a key resource person to facilitate and running HEPA Eco-farming School (HEPA Eco-Farming School) or Farmers Field School (The importance of the Farmers Field School approach: A case study – Farmers Field School practical training programs, Vietnam – The International Partnership for the Satoyama Initiative (IPSI), located in Central Vietnam, Ha Tinh province. My specialization is eco-farming knowledge by practices Thư viện Tài liệu, leading component in field practices, communities’ extension and outreach and M&E for ensure learning effectiveness and putting knowledge into practices. I led and conducted experimental programs engaging much local youths, female indigenous and communities at the grassroots in many sensitive watershed and landscapes across Vietnam, Lao PDR and have had strong connections with Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, India. I believe in experiential learnings, field-based learnings, and keep exploring actual findings and innovations from the grassroots for later conceptualization at academic level included modelling and decision-making processes through informed and collaborative consensus building process. I am involved in every aspect on Carbon from social, ground works, environmental, economic and policy, how market should be developed in delivering better distributional justice aspects.
