I am a specialist in agroforestry, biodiversity conservation and rural
development and a lecturer at the College of Land Management and
Rural Development, Vietnam National University of Forestry. I am in
charge of Sustainable Rural Development Centre, Vietnam National
University of Forestry. I got my Ph.D. in forest and nature
conservation policy from the Institute of Forest and Nature
Conservation Policy, Göttingen University, Germany in 2018. My
current research interests cover the aspects of Agroforestry,
Agroecology, Livelihood development and Gender equity.
As a consultant with 15 years of professional experience, I have
advanced knowledge and expertise in agroforestry, agroecology,
biodiversity conservation, livelihood development and gender equity
in agriculture and forestry. I have worked as a consultant for Forest
and Farm Facility (FFF) funded by FAO to promote forest and farm
production organizations in their production and business in 5
provinces of Viet Nam. I have many years’ experience working as a
national consultant with some international organizations and NGO
in the fields of ecosystem-based adaptation, rural development,
forest policy, sustainable agriculture, and gender equity.
