Dr. Tran Thi Thanh Binh is currently the Director of the Center for Organic Agriculture under the Institute of Land Management and Rural Development, Vietnam National University of Forestry. She brings 27 years of experience in teaching and scientific research, including 18 years of specialized expertise in organic agriculture.
She has served as a lecturer and technical advisor in projects and training programs implemented in collaboration with international and non-governmental organizations such as World Vision, SNV, GIZ, Oxfam, Seed to Table, and WWF Viet Nam.
She has organized and delivered training programs across many provinces in Northern mountainous regions of Viet Nam, including Son La, Phu Tho, Thai Nguyen, and Lao Cai, as well as in the Mekong Delta provinces of Dong Thap, Ben Tre, and Soc Trang. Her work has contributed to the development and dissemination of environmentally friendly agricultural practices, strengthening rural livelihoods and enhancing landscape resilience.
