I research agricultural value chains with a focus on market linkages and sustainable production. I have studied the status of Geographical Indications for six products across regions in Vietnam. My work applies scientific theories to design context-specific interventions in agribusiness, agroecology, and e-commerce. Recently, I have expanded to nutrition research, aiming to improve consumer awareness and habits for better health outcomes.
